Why We Started

We started Remededy because we believe every treasure deserves another chance—and so does every person.

Every day, valuable items are forgotten, set aside, abandoned, or simply no longer needed. A storage unit may close because of financial hardship, job loss, illness, relocation, family separation, incarceration, or an unexpected death. A family may downsize. An estate may be settled. A business may liquidate. Someone may simply no longer need an item.

The story does not have to end there.

Every treasure has a story. We simply help write its next chapter.

What We Do

We find overlooked items, carefully sort them, and determine the best next step. Items with resale value are made available through Remededy and our trusted selling channels. Useful materials are recycled whenever possible. Items that have reached the end of their useful life are disposed of responsibly.

And some treasures are set aside for something even greater.

Why It Matters

By rehoming overlooked treasures, we are able to give back to our community in meaningful ways. Whether it is furniture for a family starting over, household essentials for someone moving into an empty apartment, or simply meeting a practical need, we want every item to become a blessing to someone else.

Our faith is at the heart of everything we do. We believe sharing God’s love is not only about words—it is about action. We want to pray with people, encourage them, walk alongside them, and whenever we can, help meet a real need.

To us, every item has the opportunity to change more than one life. It finds a new home, and through that journey, it helps bring hope to someone else.
