These Terms govern use of remededy.com, online payments, private store functions, accounts, inquiries and REMEDEDY services. “REMEDEDY,” “we,” “us” and “our” mean REMEDEDY, LLC. “You” means the visitor, customer or authorized representative. By using the site, creating an account, approving a project document or completing a transaction, you agree to these Terms and the applicable policies presented to you.

Eligibility and Accurate Information

You must use the website only for lawful purposes and provide accurate, current information. You must be at least 18 years old to approve local services or enter another binding agreement with REMEDEDY. A minor may use the online store only with a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for the transaction.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting your login information. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. When you choose to create an account or save a payment method, your contact and address details may be reused at future checkouts. Saved payments are tokenized by the payment provider, and REMEDEDY does not store complete card numbers or card security codes.

Products and Descriptions

Much of our inventory is used, vintage, open box, mixed, or one of a kind. Normal wear may be present. We make reasonable efforts to photograph and describe each item accurately, but colors and scale may appear different on a screen. Ask questions before ordering when a detail matters.

Prices, Offers, and Orders

Prices and availability may change without notice. An order is an offer to purchase and may be declined or canceled for inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, shipping limits, or other reasonable business needs.

When a product allows Make an Offer, submitting an amount does not reserve the item or create a sale. REMEDEDY may accept, decline, or counter an offer and is not required to respond. The item remains available to other buyers until an accepted offer is paid through an approved checkout.

Favorites, Saved Searches, and Alerts

Browser-based favorites and saved searches are convenience tools. They do not reserve inventory, guarantee availability, or follow you to another browser or device. Find Alerts and early-access notices may be delayed, changed, or discontinued and do not guarantee that an item will still be available when you open a message.

Payments

Payments are processed by third party providers. You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the provider to charge the amount shown at checkout or in an accepted project document, including applicable tax, shipping, deposits, and approved charges.

Shipping, Final Sales, and Order Issues

Shipping, cancellations, final-sale terms, and the process for reporting a wrong, damaged, or materially misdescribed item are explained in our Refund and Shipping Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Local Service Requests

A Local Services inquiry, phone discussion, or onsite review does not require REMEDEDY to purchase, appraise, schedule, or provide services. You confirm that you own the submitted items and property or have authority to request the review. Services are offered only where REMEDEDY may lawfully and safely perform them.

Access, Safety, and Prohibited Materials

You must provide lawful and reasonably safe access, identify items that must remain, secure valuables and pets, disclose stairs, elevators, parking rules, long carrying distances, known hazards and heavy or unusual items. REMEDEDY does not accept hazardous waste, medical waste, asbestos, explosives, biohazards, needles, unidentified chemicals, leaking containers or other material prohibited by law, insurance, facility rules or safe transport requirements.

Removed Property

After approved items are loaded and service is completed, REMEDEDY may choose lawful reuse, resale, donation, recycling or disposal methods. No donation, resale value, tax deduction, recycling result or diversion percentage is guaranteed unless it is written into the accepted project documents.

Project Agreements and Priority

A local service project requires an accepted written estimate and Service Agreement. Approved Change Orders are required for added or changed work. If these website Terms conflict with an accepted project document, the accepted project document controls that project. The most recently approved Change Order controls over an earlier project document only for the subject it changes. The Local Service Terms page is a plain language overview and does not replace the accepted project documents.

Electronic Records

You agree that notices, estimates, approvals, signatures, Change Orders, and other records may be provided and accepted electronically where permitted by law. You may print or save the documents presented to you. Electronic acceptance does not remove any cancellation right or disclosure required by law.

Third Party Services

Links or integrations involving Stripe, Pirate Ship, eBay, Facebook, Whatnot, YouTube, social platforms, carriers, disposal facilities, or other providers are subject to those providers’ terms. REMEDEDY is not responsible for a third party website, facility, carrier, or service outside our reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

The REMEDEDY name, site design, original writing, photographs, graphics, and other original materials are owned by REMEDEDY or used with permission. You may not copy, republish, scrape, sell, or misuse them without written permission.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or misleading material, upload malicious files, impersonate another person, or use automated tools in a way that harms the site or other customers.

Website Availability

We may correct errors, update content, suspend features, or restrict access when reasonably needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or business operations. We do not promise uninterrupted or error free access.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate website or account access when reasonably necessary to address a breach, suspected fraud, misuse, security risk or legal requirement. Rights and obligations that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, convenience features, and products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required. REMEDEDY is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or a transaction. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability, rights, warranties, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Informal Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Please contact REMEDEDY first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where another law must apply.

Severability and No Waiver

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the website, store, and services change. Revised Terms apply from the date posted and do not rewrite an order or project agreement already accepted unless the parties agree in writing or the law requires otherwise.
