Refund Policy

All sales are final

REMEDEDY sells unique, used, secondhand, vintage, recovered, donated, sourced, or one of a kind items. Because of the nature of our inventory, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review all product photos, descriptions, condition notes, sizes, and details before purchasing.

If there is an issue with your order, contact us at hello@remededy.com and we will review the situation.

REMEDEDY reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges except where required by law. 

All sales are final. We do not accept customer returns or exchanges. If a package is returned to REMEDEDY by the shipping carrier due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, or other delivery issue, we will review the order case by case. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship an order.

Shipping Policy

Orders ship within 2 to 3 business days.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Shipping times may vary based on the carrier, delivery location, weather, holidays, or other delays outside of REMEDEDY’s control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

REMEDEDY is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after an order has been shipped.
